Banana tea

I got this recipe a few years ago from listened dhamma from the Thai monk, named Luong pah Jarun on YouTube (sorry, if I spelled his name wrong. I really don’t know how to spell his name in English language), and I did not know him personally.
He said; banana tea is good for the people who have stomach problem, stomach ache, stomach cancer, and intestinal cancer. 

It will help to heal effectively, or not, I don't know, but it not hurt to try, because of it all natural. Everybody can drink the banana tea, it's not just for the people who have stomach cancer, or stomach problem, but for everyone, because banana tea may help to prevent you from cancer also.

Banana has many health benefits, but I’ll not talk about the health benefit of banana today, because you can search and find the information all over on the internet.  


Ingredient: 

Thai green banana (If you cannot find Thai green banana, then just use American banana, but use organic banana


How to make:
Wash banana until it clean, then slice a very thin piece without peeling the skin off, then dry banana slices in the sun (if you can), or bake it at a very low heat, at around 200 - 250 degree, bake it until the banana are dry.

 Not recommend baking at high heat, because the heat will destroy the nutrients from the banana, so just dry it. And as we know, eating raw fruits and vegetables will get all the nutrition to our body than eat cooked fruits and vegetable.

After the bananas are dried, you will need to grind dried banana into a powder and keep banana powder in a jar for later to make a tea drink, and you can drink it as often as you would like too, it has no side effect for drinking a lot of this banana tea

But one ripe banana per day is good for you too. Thai people loved to eat Thai banana because they believed it's preventing cancer.
