Hot Steam Inhale to Relief Cold
Let try to Kills Coronavirus (COVID-19) in your body by doing herbal hot steam inhale!
Many people or most
of the people may already know about inhale hot steam is help people relief from
cold, because the hot steam can kills the virus in your body. So I just writing
this blog to remind people about hot steam inhale to relief the cold, which
some of the people might forgotten to think about this, and inhale hot steam may be
can kills the coronavirus too.
Today is April 2,
2020, in USA already has people got infected with Coronavirus (Covid-19) over 240 thousand people, and
deaths almost six thousands, made me have to write this blog to remind people about how they can take care themselves and their love one with the "hot steam inhale" if they got the symptom, or you can do it even you don't know you get hit with the virus yet.
I don’t know
how good it will help to cure the illness this way, but we have to try anything
that it might help to kills the virus, save our life, and stop the spreading further more,
as you can see and know that many people who’s has coronavirus symptoms are recovered
from the illness, some by themselves and some are from the care of doctor, so
that it means if you do something to taking care of yourself, or your love one before the symptom get more worse, and kill you, so we have to try many way
and many things as we can to stop the spreading of the virus, like we have to eat the
food that can fight the virus, and always drink hot green tea, hot water with
honey and lemon or lime juice, and always eat hot food and hot soup every day, and if you got cold
and
have stuffy nose, or fever, then you should also do the inhale hot steam as well.
*** Just to let you know that I’m not a nurse, doctor,
nutritionist, or pharmacist, but I write it from my own experience and from
other people or source that I heard or know.
I have
listened to one Thai monk video หลวงพ่อฤาษีลิงดำ เรื่อง วิธีปราบไวรัสของคนโบราณ, talking about the virus can be kills
with fire flame and thick smoke. This make me remember the herbs remedies
for the cold and flu of our grandma and grandfather time, which they boil many
types of herbs like lemon grass, onion, garlic, and etc. I don’t know what
other type of herbs they used, but I know onion and garlic is works, and it
doesn’t matter yellow or red onion, but Asian people they used shallot,
and even green onion and cilantro are good to relief the cold and flu as
well, you can put cilantro and green onion in your rice soup, chicken soup, or
any other type of your favorite soup, it not just give a flavor to your
soup, but it also make you feel good and it help relief from the cold and
fever as well. Hmm...I feel like I talking the things that people already
knowing it, but I know some people might not knowing it, especially young
people.
Note: If you don’t have time to prepare soup, then you
can just boil rice with garlic, salt, and black pepper, or just rice and salt
that is fine too, because you just need something hot to eat at that time that
is not just only hot water.
Anyway
back to the “herb remedy”, you don’t have to put many types of
herb to make the remedy, If you don’t have lemon grass because you cannot find
some, then that is okay, you can just use one or two of red or yellow onion,
garlic, and one or two table spoon of salt, put everything into the pot and pour
lots of water over the herbs in the pot about half of the pot, cover the lid and boil it on
a high heat until the water fully boiling and bubbling, you will see a steam
came out from the pot then you open the lid, and lean your head over the pot
and breath in the hot steam for about 10 to 15 minutes and doing that for two
or three times a day for 2 to 3 days or until you get better. For better
result you can use towel cover your head while leaning your head over the pot.
